Core Development Group purchased Windsor Business Park V, a nearly 60,000-square-foot Class A flex industrial space at 8555 Magellan Parkway, Oct. 30 for $10.2 million from Fernau LeBlanc. The property is located just off Parham Road between I-95 and Chamberlayne Road in Northern Henrico. The property is 100% occupied and triple-net leased to two tenants who have been in their spaces since original construction in 2007. The complex is located within the larger Windsor Business Park — a 40-acre, six-building, 340,000-square-foot business park leased to a diverse mix of medical, technology and industrial service users. Parham Doctors’ Hospital celebrated its 50th anniversary last month with a tree dedication, cake-cutting, and recognition of outstanding employees. The festive event marking the milestone included announcements of upgrades and growth of the medical facility, including the launch of endoscopic spine surgery, an $11-million renovation of the hospital’s emergency room, an expansion and new EMS lounge for EMS providers, and an expansion of Parham’s outpatient behavioral health program. Parham Doctors’ is a part of HCA Healthcare, a for-profit, secular system of 190 hospitals and approximately 2,400 ambulatory sites of care in 20 states and the United Kingdom. Locally, that includes Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, Parham Doctors’ Hospital, Johnston-Willis Hospital, Retreat Doctors’ Hospital, Chippenham Hospital, Swift Creek ER and Hanover Emergency Center.
