Henrico Federal Credit Union recently announced the upcoming relocation of its Short Pump office to 4419 Greybull Drive. The new location is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2025. Threelo, LLC recently purchased the Virginia Center Station shopping center on Brook Road in Glen Allen for $6.4 million. The center includes 24,400 square feet of retail space and is entirely leased to seven national and regional operators, including Chipotle, Mattress Firm and Q BBQ. Originally constructed in 2006, the center is situated on nearly five acres near the larger Virginia Center Commons mall redevelopment site. Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, HDJR Central, LLC & HDJR Central II, LLC, in the sale. James Ashby IV and Annie O’Connor, long-time exclusive leasing representatives for the shopping center, assisted in the sale.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Alex Denisco has joined the Commercial Property Services team in Richmond as a property management assistant. Denisco previously worked with a local general contracting company assisting with restoration projects and remodels.
AIM Transportation Solutions recently purchased 13.51 acres of land on Mechanicsville Turnpike in Henrico County from Magnolia Development Company, LLC for $1,282,975 for the purpose of relocating its current operation. The Virginia Bankers Association (VBA) in Glen Allen elected new officers for its 2025-26 board of directors during the VBA Annual Business Meeting at the MBA|VBA Joint Convention in June.
