Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Southern Trust Mortgage LLC – renewed its lease of 6,201 SF at 4198 Cox Road (Eric Hammond, Eliza Izard and Russell Wyatt represented the landlord); Mosaic Group, LLC – leased 10,198 SF at 6605 West Broad Street (Jamie Galanti and Eliza Izard represented the tenant); Wright Constable Skeen LLP – renewed its lease of 2,742 SF at 301 Concourse Boulevard (Eric Hammond, Jamie Galanti and Russell Wyatt represented the landlord).

Olga PropCo, LLC recently purchased 57.155 acres at Airport Drive and I-895 in Henrico County from Olga Sauer Property, LLC for $4,000,000. Ben Bruni of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the purchaser.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced a significant change in its leadership structure. With the support of Thalhimer’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors, Eric Robison has been promoted to president, effective June 1. Robison joined the firm in 2004. He established and grew Thalhimer’s Capital Markets team into an industry leader and has consistently been among the firm’s top producers. Robison holds leadership roles both within the community and the industry, including board member of Virginia Commonwealth University Real Estate Circle of Excellence, advisory board member of Virginia Tech Program in Real Estate, and a past president of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate. He is and will remain a member of Thalhimer’s Executive Leadership Team and the firm’s Board of Directors. Lee Warfield will continue as Thalhimer’s CEO, chairman of the Board of Directors, and ESOP co-trustee.
