Turning Point opened in Glen Allen June 16, according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page. The new restaurant, located at 5320 Wyndham Forest Drive, serves breakfast, brunch and lunch daily from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Menu offerings include traditional breakfast fare like pancakes and waffles, along with sandwiches, salads, specialty coffee and hot chocolate, cold pressed juices, and more. HAAS PO, LLC recently purchased 93.599 acres at 6200 Monahan Road in Henrico County from International Real Estate Development, Inc. for $9,000,000. Ben Bruni of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the purchaser.

Cary Farm LLC recently purchased 9,302 SF at 2817 North Parham Road in Henrico County from 2817 N. Parham Road LLC for $925,000. Eric Hammond and Tucker Dowdy of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.

Jennifer Armstrong recently joined the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Client Accounting Group as controller. Armstrong will oversee all aspects of client financial reporting and accounting for Thalhimer's Commercial Property Services Group and Thalhimer Multifamily. She previously served as financial manager at Cushman & Wakefield’s Fairfax office in Northern Virginia, where she led financial operations for a commercial property portfolio. Most recently, she was vice president of finance at Avison Young, where she led all aspects of accounting for a large medical office portfolio.
