Portion of Azalea Avenue closed because of utility issue
A portion of Azalea Avenue in Northern Henrico is closed Monday morning while Henrico Police officials address a utility problem in the area. Officials have closed Azalea between Crenshaw Avenue and Woodrow Avenue. Motorists should avoid the area if possible until the roadway is clear.
