Rachel Hamlin of Henrico recently won a bronze award in the Microsoft Office Specialist U.S. National Championship, a competition for students ages 13 to 22 who begin by submitting a qualified passing score on one of three Microsoft Office certification exams.
Hamlin is a student at Appalachian State University.
