Henrico Theatre Company presents “The Outsider” at CACGA

The Henrico Theatre Company will present “The Outsider” Sept. 16 to Oct. 2 at The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen. This comedy, written by Paul Slade Smith, skewers politics and celebrates democracy. It centers around Ned Newley, who might be the worst candidate to ever run for office.
