    Richmond Drive Shack, 1647 Four Rings Drive, will host the Richmond Taco Festival from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 10-11. Enjoy 20+ taco and food vendors, a margarita bar, tequila expo area, an interactive mariachi experience, lucha libre wrestling, hot chili pepper and taco eating contests, live entertainment, a kids fun zone and more.
