The Kidz Comic Con Book Festival will take place Saturday, Apr. 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at L & L events, 5162 Nine Mile Road. There will be craft tables, a lip sync battle, food trucks, folk tales and storytelling, face painting, a bouncy house, Africa drummers and baby dancers, and more. Adult and kid costumes are encouraged but optional. Special musical guest will be Channel 7.
