Henrico Schools and government officials gathered at Holladay Elementary School in Lakeside Friday to cut a ribbon in dedication of the school’s new expansion. In lieu of building a new elementary school nearby (since sufficient affordable land wasn’t available), the school system opted instead to double the size of Holladay to accommodate more students.
