Henrico PAL honors 3 students with scholarships

The Henrico Police Athletic League Monday honored its three 2020 Youth Leadership Council Scholarship Award winners – Madison Lewis, Kiersten Wright and DJ Wiggins – with $1,000 college scholarships presented during a “honk and wave” parade. Each of the three have been members of the organization since elementary school.
