Mill Road will be closed at railroad crossing March 2 for improvements

Mill Road in northwestern Henrico County will be closed at its crossing of the CSX railroad from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 2 while crews make track repairs. A detour will direct motorists from Mill to Mountain Road to Old Washington Highway.
