Milestones


Sydney White, of Glen Allen, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2013 semester at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must earn a 3.25 or higher grade point average. White is a freshman Exercise and Sport Science major.

Amanda Liverpool, of Henrico, has received an academic scholarship totaling more than $1,000 to Kansas State University. She received the Division of Continuing Education Scholarship for Distance Education.

Zachary Desgain and Evan Smith, of Richmond, have been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2013 semester at Randolph College in Lynchburg, Va. Desgain and Smith are both members of the class of 2015.

Dylan Nowak, of Glen Allen, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2013 semester at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must earn a 3.4 or higher grade point average. Nowak is a psychology major.

Jonas Rogers, of Henrico, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2013 semester at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a freshman majoring in electrical and computer engineering.

Rebecca Felico, of Glen Allen, recently was named to the president’s list at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla. To be eligible for the president’s list, students must earn a 4.0 grade point average.
