Obituary – Mildred Heusmann Cocke

Mildred Heusmann Cocke, 84, of Henrico, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Hazel Heusmann; and her husband, Hoyt P. Heusmann. She is survived by her three sons, Alan B. Cocke (Karen), Neal H. Cocke and Gordon Cocke (Tina); six grandchildren, Chelsey, Kiersyn, Ian, Abbey, Austin and Henry. Mildred grew up in Manakin-Sabot. She was a loving mother to all that knew her. The family will receive friends 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad St. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association at http://www.diabetes.org.
