Learn the science behind photography and construct a pinhole camera to create photographs at a workshop at Sandston Library from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Students will view the first photographs as they look back at the history of photography, discuss how photography has changed over the last century, and make rudimentary photographs using pinhole cameras (supplied). This program requires sunny skies; registrants will be informed by phone or email in case of rescheduling. This program is organized by the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
