First Tennessee Bank has moved to its new 6,000 square foot Virginia headquarters at Reynolds Crossing and opened for business on April 27. Located just off West Broad Street in Henrico County, the new building is adjacent to the Westin Hotel. A First Tennessee Bank ATM machine is located on Forest Avenue. The bank has about 170 bank locations in and around Tennessee, and expanded in additional markets, including Richmond seven years ago. The bank offers a full suite of banking services with a focus on wealth management, commercial banking, private banking and commercial real estate. First Tennessee Bank also added a new banker, Lisa Streat, on April 20 as senior vice president of Private Wealth Services. A Virginia banker with more than 20 years of experience, she has served on the board of CultureWorks for almost four years.

Christopher J. Croft has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer‘s Commercial Property Services team as a portfolio manager in their Richmond office. Croft will be overseeing a blended portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. He received his bachelor of science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business and has worked in the property management field for the past six years. Formerly, he was a settlement processor for a large home builder/developer.

For the second consecutive year, Working Mother magazine has named Bon Secours Virginia Health System among 12 companies nationwide for supporting and advancing its hourly workers. Nearly 85% of Bon Secours Virginia’s 12,000 employees earn hourly wages. Bon Secours was cited for Work-Life Initiatives such as dependent care, wellness benefits including health care coverage, free health education, health screenings and fitness, and education development including tuition assistance and mentoring.

Virginia Home for Boys and Girls (VHBG) Teaching-Parents Denise Knight, Jeremy Eppihimer and Hillary Eppihimer have received their Teaching-Family Association (TFA) Certifications. Teaching-Parents at VHBG live in group homes with at-risk youth to create a family environment and to give the youth the opportunity to grow up in a safe, loving, nurturing household. TFA Certification indicates a high level of satisfaction with the quality of the Teaching-Parent’s services from their youth, community stakeholders and administration.

Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden has been selected as one of the “Top 10 North American Gardens Worth Travelling For” by the Canadian Garden Tourism Council and a panel of international judges. The annual Garden Tourism Awards are presented to organizations and individuals who have distinguished themselves in the development and promotion of the garden experience as a tourism attraction. Recipients traveled from across North America and as far away as Japan, France, Portugal, Italy, and Australia to accept their awards.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has sold a single-story class A medical condominium located within Ridgefield Commons at 2221 Pump Road in Henrico. LVK Holdings, LLC purchased the approximately 3,273 square foot condo from Ridgefield Commons, LLC for $392,760 for a medical office. Jason Guillot of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.

Exit First International recently announced that The Marc Austin Highfill Team of Exit First Realty in Glen Allen, has been ranked fourth out of more than 40,000 Exit Realty Agents worldwide for closed sales in 2012. The team was ranked first out of 500 Exit First agents in Virginia for total sales volume and listings in 2012. In addition, Richmond Association of Realtors named The Marc Austin Highfill Team in the top 10 for sales and listings among all real estate brokerages in the Richmond area.

This is a newly created position and Crowder will be responsible for the entire range of HHHunt's corporate finance and accounting functions.
