Snagajob hosts ‘The Great Workplace’ event for CEOs, HR professionals
|
Snagajob, named the number one Best Company to Work For in America in 2011, will host a special event for CEOs, senior HR professionals and senior company leaders on Wednesday, March 7 at Snagajob’s new office, 4851 Lake Brook Dr. in Innsbrook.
Dr. Jennifer Robin, co-author of “The Great Workplace: How to Build It, How to Keep it, Why it Matters,” and Shawn Boyer, founder and CEO of Snagajob, will lead a discussion on what it means to be a great place to work, including the bottom-line business impact. Robin has done extensive research into the best practices of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in America, and Snagajob has been on the Best Companies list for the past four years. As part of the event, executives will have the opportunity to tour Snagajob’s new Innsbrook office. The building includes unique elements based on the company's core values, mission and goals. These range from fun conference room names to inspiring artwork to a kitchen with a brew pub and even a company slide allowing “Snaggers,” – Snagajob employees – a quick exit reminiscent of their playground days. “The Great Workplace” discussion will be held from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A reception, informal discussion and tour will follow from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Registration is due by March 2. To register, email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with subject “March 7 RSVP” and include your name, title and company.
