School Board seeks names for new school

The Henrico County School Board is soliciting names through Oct. 15 for the new elementary school that will open next year at 5680 Pouncey Tract Rd. in the Far West End. The board intends to name the school at its Oct. 25 meeting.

To propose a name, visit http://vovici.com/wsb.dll/s/b581g50ff9 and follow the directions. Residents can also email HCPS Executive Secretary Sue Largen at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call her at 652-3808. Popular Short Pump spot offers upscale comfort, flavors
The Wine Loft opened in West Broad Village in January 2010, offering a full bar with wine, beer, spirits and a kitchen with tapas-style snacks. It offers a seasonal patio area along Whittall Way. Its walk-in wine “humidor” in plain view from the bar offers more than 85 wines by the glass ($6-$65) and about 250 by the bottle ($28 and up), with some emphasis on Italian wines.
