John Rolfe Middle School will hold a children’s book drive in partnership with The Children’s Museum of Richmond Book Bank from Nov. 12-21. All books should be new or gently used and should be appropriate for ages 0-13. All staff, students, parents and community members are invited to donate books, which can be dropped off at the school (located at 6901 Messer Road in Varina) during school hours (8:35 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.).

Collection bins will be placed in the crosswalk areas of each grade level and in the front office. The Book Bank does not accept encyclopedias, school textbooks, books for adult readers, magazines, VHS tapes/DVDs/CDs or toys. Books may not be musty, damaged or written-in.
