Police seek suspects who robbed McDonald’s

Henrico Police are seeking the public's assistance in apprehending two men who robbed the McDonald's restaurant in the 2300 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike at approximately 11:50 p.m., Aug. 17.

The two suspects entered the restaurant armed with a semi-automatic handgun and robbed the store manager of an undisclosed amount of currency.

They were last seen walking toward the rear of the business.

Both men are described as black males between 5 foot 10 and 6 foot 1 in height and weighing between 160 pounds and 180 pounds.

One suspect was wearing a black shirt with a white design, black shorts, a dark two-tone baseball hat and dark tennis shoes and was carrying the handgun.

The other was wearing a black t-shirt, white cargo shorts, black and white tennis shoes and a camoflauge hat.

Anyone with information about the crime or either suspect should call Henrico Police at (804) 501-5000 or Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000.
