Police seek suspect in connection with ATM skimming
Henrico Police are seeking a man they believe is responsible for several cases of theft resulting from ATM "skimming."
Between June 20-21, three victims contacted Henrico Police to report suspicious use activity on their ATM cards. One victim reported that on three occasions his card was used at area Bank of America ATMs, even though he was in possession of his card the entire time.
Another victim reported that his ATM card was used at the Bank of America ATM located in the 7800 block Parham Road. He and the third victim also were in possession of their cards when the transactions were made.
An undisclosed amount of cash was taken on each occurrence.
Skimming is a method used by criminals to capture data from the magnetic stripe on the back of an ATM card.
The subject pictured is considered a suspect in these thefts. Anyone with information regarding these crimes is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000 or Henrico Police at (804) 501-5000.

The Children's Clothing Closet at Highland Springs United Methodist Church will be open Saturday, Aug. 27 and Tuesday, Aug. 30 to provide free new or nearly new children's clothing for families in need, prior to the start of the school year.
