Police Locate Missing 81-Year-Old Man
Henrico Police have located John "Jake" Lingerfelt, Jr., an 81-year-old white male who was missing since Nov. 22. Lingerfelt was found safe and has been returned home to his family, a police official said.
Lingerfelt was last seen at 7 p.m. that day operating a white 2003 Mazda Protégé with Virginia license plates JJL10. Information received placed Lingerfelt in the area of Richmond, Montpelier, Hadensville, and Gordonsville purchasing gasoline at service stations since the time that he has gone missing.
