Police seek man in connection with murder

Henrico Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating Jack Amos Lewis III, who is wanted on the charge of conspiracy to commit murder. The charge is in relation to the January 2009 murder of Tarik Cassells, which occurred in Henrico County. Police yesterday arrested and charged 23-year-old Laurie Brown of Varina and 26-year-old Davaughn Kidd of Richmond in connection with the incident.

Anyone with information regarding the location of Jack Lewis III (of the 4300 block of Masonic Lane in Henrico) or this investigation is asked call the Henrico Police at 804-501-5000 or Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.

The Wine Loft opened in West Broad Village in January 2010, offering a full bar with wine, beer, spirits and a kitchen with tapas-style snacks. It offers a seasonal patio area along Whittall Way. Its walk-in wine “humidor” in plain view from the bar offers more than 85 wines by the glass ($6-$65) and about 250 by the bottle ($28 and up), with some emphasis on Italian wines.
