Former Bank to Become Restaurant Site

A former Wachovia Bank in Eastern Henrico soon will have new life as a restaurant.
Thalhimer today announced that Wachovia Bank, N.A. had sold the former 3,702-square-foot bank building at 4840 South Laburnum Avenue to SS Acquisition, LLC for $625,000. An IHOP restaurant is expected to open on the site, though no timetable is yet known. Austin H. Newman of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations. |
