The 2012 Henrico Christmas Mother Program will take applications on Mondays Oct. 29 through Nov. 19 at the Christmas Mother Warehouse on Dabbs House Road, across from the Eastern Government Center. Times vary - on Oct. 29, Nov. 5 and Nov. 19, applications will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and on Nov. 12, applications will be accepted from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Citizens should bring the following information to apply: proof of county residency (such as a lease or utility bill); Social Security cards for all household members; proof of income for all household members (SSI, disability or salary); proof of disability (for disabled adults); and proof of custody, if necessary.

A Henrico County Christmas Mother Council representative will review applications and documentation and, if applicants are found eligible, will assign a time for them to return to the warehouse to shop during the second or third week of December.
