‘Chillin’ cyclists round up trash

A hardy group of about 20 bicyclists of all ages welcomed December by taking off from Lakeside Farmers Market the morning of Dec. 1 for a casual 20-mile loop around the Ginter Park community. The “Ride and Street Sweep” event, organized by Cyclist for the Bay, included a stop at Bryan Park to pick up trash.

Cyclist for the Bay is a program of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, designed to promote cycling as a way of helping to protect the bay and the environment as a whole. For details, visit http://www.cbf.org.
