![]() Nathan A. Crozier was recently named the next director of admission at University of Richmond. He was formerly the associate director of admission at DePaul University in Chicago, Ill. At Richmond, Crozier will be responsible for attracting, recruiting and enrolling a diverse student body and he will also oversee the daily administration of the Office of Admission. He succeeds Michael Kabbaz, who recently became associate vice president for enrollment at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Tracie Grady recently was promoted to the position of vice president of member services at Eisenman & Associates, Inc. (E&A) in Glen Allen. Grady will celebrate her ninth anniversary with E&A in Aug. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business with a concentration in human resources from Virginia Commonwealth University. In her new position, Grady will oversee all areas of member services including administration, publications and meetings and events. Additionally, Joe Hart recently was hired as A&E’s vice president of consulting services. He has more than 15 years of hotel experience in sales and marketing, as well as operations. Hart most recently worked for a site selection firm specializing in corporate and sports events. Ken Denton, owner of Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting center at 3318 W. Broad St., recently celebrated 20 years as a Maaco franchisee. Maaco specializes in value-driven repairs that can preserve the value of newer cars, increase the value of older vehicles and save on repair costs prior to lease turn-ins. The center has repaired more than 30,000 vehicles since its opening and it is one of 475 Maaco centers that repair and paint more than 600,000 vehicles a year. The facility is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Qdoba Mexican Grill recently partnered with Team X-T.R.E.M.E. (Train, Rehabilitate, Empower, Motivate and Endure), a nonprofit organization comprised of active military, military veterans and emergency service personnel who wear gas masks while executing extreme feats of physical and mental endurance as a way to honor, empower, motivate and generate awareness for veterans in need. As part of this partnership, the Richmond, Va. Qdoba franchise, owned by Ibo Pinar, will donate 100 percent of its $5 Meal Deal proceeds to Team X-T.R.E.M.E. on June 30. All five Richmond locations are participating. |

Henrico Junior 4-H camp registration open

For parents looking to keep their kids outside and away from the video games this summer, the Virginia Cooperative Extension is still accepting registrations for the 2013 Henrico Junior 4-H Camp.
The camp will be held June 17-23, and is open to boys and girls ages 9-13. A total of 10 spaces for boys and 27 spaces for girls remain available, and registration is open until May 24. The cost is $230, which includes lodging, meals, programs, instructional materials and charter bus transportation. > Read more.
