The Richmond Area Diversity Roundtable is hosting Disability Awareness and Etiquette training on Nov. 8 at 8 a.m. at the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, 2001 Maywill St., Suite 202. Participants will learn how to build better relationships and increase their awareness level of the needs of people with disabilities. The program is free and open to the public but will be of special interest to business and community leaders, human resource personnel and those pursing diversity within their organizations. The backpacks The Wine Loft is donating are part of FeedMore’s Backpack Program which feeds children in need. University of Richmond’s Office of Alumni and Career Services has hired Bonnie Graham as project manager of career and recruitment events and Lynn Busby McMullin as assistant director for regional initiatives, focused on alumni events. Graham is responsible for planning and managing all student career events, including Spider Road Trips and Career Expos. McMullin works with regional alumni volunteers to coordinate programs, including networking events, Spider athletic pre-game and game watch parties, receptions with university speakers, and other social and cultural activities.

Tilley, a resident of Henrico, has over 17 years of experience in the planning and design of educational, cultural and civic facilities for public and private clients. He earned a bachelor of science degree in design and a masters of architecture at Clemson University.
