The new location is 7201 Glen Forest Dr., Suite 301, in Glen Forest Office Park. Comfort Zone’s move was prompted by the current landlord’s offer of a generous incentive to terminate the lease one year early in order for the landlord to expand his medical practice. Comfort Zone found space at a competitive rate and will achieve significant savings with the upcoming move. Ellis & Elwood, LLC purchased the approximately 1,490 square foot condo from D&R Cook, LLC for $251,808 as an owner/occupied investment for Career Support Systems. *** Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the sale of a strip center located in Short Pump at 11591 W. Broad St. TFLP, LLC purchased the approximately 5,200 square foot retail center from LBCMT 2007-C3 W. Broad Street, LLC for $2.5 million as an investment. |

Henrico Junior 4-H camp registration open

For parents looking to keep their kids outside and away from the video games this summer, the Virginia Cooperative Extension is still accepting registrations for the 2013 Henrico Junior 4-H Camp.
The camp will be held June 17-23, and is open to boys and girls ages 9-13. A total of 10 spaces for boys and 27 spaces for girls remain available, and registration is open until May 24. The cost is $230, which includes lodging, meals, programs, instructional materials and charter bus transportation. > Read more.
