First established by the Council in 2008, the award honors unsung heroes who show unwavering support for Henrico County and the business community, demonstrate dedication to the betterment and growth of the county, and exhibit enthusiasm for and make a significant difference in their community. Sandhu Properties LLC purchased the approximately 3,005 square foot condo from Aidan’s Bit of the Moon LLC for $231,000 for buyer’s administrative office use. Richard L.
