BJ’s makes donation to three local charities
![]() Pictured with the CrossOver check are (from left): Carlie Cross, BJ’s regional acquisition retention manager; Kyra Dillard Wright, vision program manager; Julie Bilodeau, director of operations; and Lynn Williams, development manager. The check will benefit the eyeglass project, which includes pre-screening and evaluations of low-income individuals with vision needs, a medical visit to check basic health, a voucher to receive eyeglasses at BJ’s Wholesale Club, and a follow-up evaluation and survey. The BJ’s Charitable Foundation grants funds quarterly to organizations where BJ’s clubs are located. The Foundation chooses organizations that provide critical services and programs focusing on hunger prevention, self-sufficiency, healthcare and education, which is the company’s giving focus. A complete list of charitable organizations receiving grants is located at http://www.BJs.com/community |
