The same 16-year-old male arrested Sept. 23 in connection with a robbery on West Broad Street in Short Pump that day has now been charged in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at SkateNation Plus in Short Pump Sept. 20.

Henrico Police announced today that the juvenile, from Richmond, was charged with two counts of robbery, two counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, two counts of possession of a firearm as a minor and two counts of sexual battery, all relating to the incident in the SkateNation parking lot.

That incident took place at about 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 20. Two women were approached by the assailant, who displayed a gun, touched both women inappropriately and stole several items from them.

In the Sept. 23 incident, the teen was charged with two counts of robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
