Snagajob contest to honor hourly workers during Super Bowl
Henrico-based hourly employment network Snagajob wants to recognize the hourly workers who make your Super Bowl party possible.
The company announced a Twitter contest encouraging people to recognize hourly workers by Tweeting @Snagajob to describe why the workers deserve recognition, using the hashtag #BigGameTips. Participants have the chance to win as much as $200 to cover their food and beverage bills and as much as $100 to use on tips.
“Fans look forward to The Big Game all year, so it’s easy to forget that without hourly workers, some of the biggest game day traditions wouldn’t be possible,” said Jason Hamilton, vice president of marketing for Snagajob. “Servers, delivery drivers, chefs and bartenders have a busy night ahead of them on Sunday, and we want to make sure their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.”
Tweets must be received on Sunday, Feb. 3 between noon and 11 p.m.
Snagajob officials will pick three contest winners based on the Tweet’s content, number of re-Tweets and the creativity of any included photos.
Winners will be notified on Feb. 4, 2013. For details or to view the full contest rules, visit http://www.snagajob.com/BigGameTips.
