The Henrico Business Council, an advocacy arm of the Greater Richmond Chamber, is seeking nominations for its Community Leader of the Year Award. First established by the Council in 2008, the award honors unsung heroes who show unwavering support for Henrico County and the business community, demonstrate dedication to the betterment and growth of the county, and exhibit enthusiasm for and make a significant difference in their community. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the sale of an office condominium located at 3502 Mayland Ct. in Henrico. Sandhu Properties LLC purchased the approximately 3,005 square foot condo from Aidan’s Bit of the Moon LLC for $231,000 for buyer’s administrative office use. Richard L. Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
