Council honors letter-perfect service

At the July 11 meeting of the Henrico Business Council, Virgil Hazelett gave his annual “state of the county” address, and Angela Harper and Troy Bell were honored for service to the county and to the Henrico Business Council. Harper, who retires from her post as deputy county manager July 31, was recognized for her 41 years of service, while Bell was recognized as the outgoing chair of the Henrico Business Council Cabinet. Both received a framed letter ‘H’ in Henrico County colors of green and orange, against a background of the county map.
