Jewish Family Theatre to present “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” March 1-11

Jewish Family Theatre will present “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” March 1-11 at the Weinstein Jewish Community Center. Set to an engaging cornucopia of musical styles, from country-western and calypso to bubble gum rock and rock ‘n roll, this Old Testament tale emerges both timely and timeless. Enjoy dinner with the show on March 8. Tickets are $20 for JCC members, $30 for nonmembers and $15 for seniors and students. The Children’s Clothing Closet at Highland Springs United Methodist Church, 22 N. Holly Ave., will be open from 10 a.m. to noon every Tuesday and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. every second and fourth Thursday of the month. Clothing is available in sizes infant through teen and is free. Walk Day is filled with music, food, kid's activities, local entertainment and most importantly, the company of hundreds of people who truly understand the impact of IBD. The 33rd annual Lebanese Food Festival, hosted by St. Anthony’s Maronite Catholic Church, will be held on the church grounds next to Innsbrook at 4611 Sadler Rd. Hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. May 19-20 and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. May 21. There will be food, desserts and beverages, as well as live Lebanese music and traditional Lebanese folk dances.
