Highland Springs United Methodist Church will host a new contemporary worship service on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month starting Oct. 27 at 6:15 p.m. “The Vine” is going to be a comfortable and casual place to worship God and connect with others through contemporary songs, practical messages, and intentional discipleship. CharacterWorks to hold Fall Festival at North Run Baptist Church

CharacterWorks will hold its Fall Festival from 9 a.m. to noon at North Run Baptist Church, 2100 Lydell Dr. There will be a bounce house, photo booth, games and candy prizes, a bake sale, food and drinks, face painting, music and a costume contest.
