GRTC to hold public meeting on new CARE call center hours

Effective Dec. 1, GRTC’s CARE call center service hours will change from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. seven days a week to 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. GRTC will host a public meeting to inform the public and solicit feedback on the new hours at 6 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center. GRTC strives to provide reasonable accommodations and services for persons who require assistance to participate.
