The St. Jude “Give Thanks. Walk.” will start at 10 a.m. at the North Shore Commons Lawn in Innsbrook, 4991 Lake Brook Dr. This family-friendly 5k walk helps to raise money to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. University of Richmond to host the Turkey Trot 10k around the UR campus

The University of Richmond will host the Turkey Trot 10k around the UR campus at 9 a.m. A free kids run starts at 8:30 a.m. Registration is required. For details, visit http://www.rrrc.org/events/turkey-trot-10k-2014
On Saturday, Nov. 15, the Willow Lawn location will kick off the month-long program by hosting a "Make & Take" craft event for kids. Children ages six and older will be able to make a craft and take it home with them. Representatives from the Marines will be in-store to teach customers about the Toys for Tots program. A.C.
