The 12-week course will take place from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays starting June 25 at St. Mary’s Hospital, 5801 Bremo Rd. The course will cover coping skills, medications, listening and communication techniques, problem-solving skills, recovery and rehabilitation, self-care and more.
