Intermission Beer Company, a family-owned, entertainment-inspired microbrewery, will celebrate its Grand Opening Weekend beginning Friday, Sept. 1, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The brewery is located at 10089A Brook Road in Glen Allen, adjacent to Virginia Center Commons mall. Grand opening festivities will continue Saturday, Sept. 2, from noon to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Food trucks will include Carytown Burgers & Fries Friday evening, as well as Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Bikini Panini from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday.
