Richmond’s Tony Cosby (pictured, center) and his band of thespians will present The Sam Cooke Experience, a musical and theatrical tribute to gospel great and R&B legend Sam Cooke on Sept. 30 at 3 p.m. at Henrico Theatre, 305 E. Nine Mile Rd.

WLEE radio personality Jack Gravely will be the guest master of ceremonies for this variety show, starring the talents of home-spun thespian troupe Theatre&Co and featuring local recording artist Delores Fox and Justin Morris of the Soul Stirrers.
