Cracker Barrel, 3620 Mayland Court – One critical violation reported (food debris found in metal pans stored on clean pan rack) and no non-critical violations reported.
Greek Islands Restaurant, 9503-C West Broad Street – No critical violations reported and five non-critical violations reported.
KFC/Long John Silvers, 8810 Patterson Avenue – One critical violation reported (two chicken wash baskets in walk-in vault/basket at the wash station with blue handles observed soiled with encrusted food debris) and no non-critical violations reported.
New Bridge Baptist Church Child Care Center, 5807 Nine Mile Road – No violations reported.
Red Lobster, 8009 West Broad Street – One critical violation reported (fish cooked to improper temperature put in window for service) and no non-critical violations reported.
Top’s China Restaurant, 68 South Airport Drive – Two critical violations reported (employee observed washing and rinsing a cleaver but failing to sanitize it; food – tofu, noodles in prep unit, sprouts, large batches of raw pork – observed at improper temperatures) and no non-critical violations reported.
