Carini Italian Restaurant, 3718 Williamsburg Road – Five critical violations reported (sausage, meatballs found on steam table at improper temperatures; meat sauce in large deep pots in walk-in found at improper temperatures; meat sauce on stove found at improper temperature; no dates found on cheesecake, tiramisu, cooked pasta, sliced turkey, ricotta cheese, cooked chicken; unlabeled chemical containers found) and one non-critical violation reported.
Checkered Flag Restaurant & Lounge, 4106 Williamsburg Road – No critical violations reported and two non-critical violations reported.
Hill City Chop House, 10099 Brook Road – Four critical violations reported (no one on premises with demonstration of knowledge; containers in walk-in found not covered; raw chicken, steak found at improper temperatures; cleaning chemicals found in prep area) and one non-critical violation reported.
Jimmy John's Gourmet Subs, 11301 West Broad Street – One critical violation reported (sliced tomatoes, tuna found at improper temperatures) and one non-critical violation reported.
Keagan's Restaurant, 2251 Old Brick Road – Two critical violations reported (tuna bites found at improper temperature in low boy refrigerator; food particles observed on slicer) and no non-critical violations reported.
Moe's Southwest Grill, 10839 West Broad Street – No critical violations reported and three non-critical violations reported.

Bailey's Smokehouse & Tavern, 7502 West Broad Street – Three critical violations reported (employee used bare hands to place lemon on beverage glass; dishmachine final rinse observed at improper levels; TCS food in refrigerators and grill drawers – sauteed onions, cooked mushrooms, cheese, cooked ribs, rice pilaf, queso – found at improper temperatures) and no non-critical violations reported.
Big Al's Sports Bar & Grill, 3641 Cox Road – Two critical violations reported (dried meat and cheese particles found on slicer; sliced meats and cheeses and chili that was sliced or made more than 24 hours before not date labeled) and no non-critical violations reported.
Dairy Queen, 11210 Patterson Avenue – No violations reported.
Domino's Pizza, 5526 Lakeside Avenue – No violations reported.
Glen Allen Bistro, 10209 Staples Mill Road – Two critical violations reported (TCS food in right prep refrigerator found at improper temperatures, ; ice scoop found with large chip in it, difficult to clean) and six non-critical violations reported.
House Of Vietnam, 3402 Pump Road – No critical violations reported and two non-critical violations reported.
Mexico Restaurant, 5213 Williamsburg Road – No violations reported.
Starbucks Coffee, 11391 Old Nuckols Road – No critical violations reported and one non-critical violation reported.
Texas Roadhouse, 10075 Jeb Stuart Parkway – One critical violation reported (bar dishmachine operating at improper level) and two non-critical violations reported.
Uno Chicago Grill, 5990 Audubon Drive – Five critical violations reported (cook observed placing raw steak and burger onto grill, then touching cooked chicken with bare hands; bags of cooked chicken found at improper temperatures; pizza table found at improper temperature; cleaner found hanging over clean equipment; unlabeled cleaner observed) and 14 non-critical violations reported.
April 6
Chen's Hunan Gourmet Inc., 3107 Mechanicsville Pike – No critical violations reported and two non-critical violations reported.
Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, 7113 West Broad Street – Two critical violations reported (server observed returning soiled glass to dish area and returning to dining room without washing hands; cut-up tomatoes found at improper temperature) and eight non-critical violations reported.
