Coordinators2inc, a nonprofit lifetime adoption resource located in Henrico, will hold its fifth annual golf tournament at 8 a.m. at The Crossings Golf Club in Glen Allen. The event will include practice range balls, 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, beverage tickets, prizes and more. The National Alliance on Mental Illness will host NAMIWalks Virginia at 9 a.m. at 4951 Lake Brook Dr. in Innsbrook. This family and community event hopes to raise awareness, educate people about mental illness and celebrate hope and wellness. The 5K walk will begin at 10:30 a.m. Registration is free but walkers are encouraged to fundraise. Lakeside Avenue’s first ever outdoor music festival “Jammin’ on the Ave” will start at 11 a.m. at the corner of Lakeside Avenue and Clarke Street. The Five and Dimers, Cha-Cha’s Cadillac and Roadkill Roy will provide entertainment. There will be a moon bounce and face painting for the kids, as well as vendors, food and beer. Admission is a $5 donation to Lakeside Volunteer Rescue Squad.

The Henrico High School 50th Anniversary Warrior Jubilee Celebration will begin at 8 a.m. with a 5K run/walk at the school. A special program of art, music and dance, at which many of the school’s original and former faculty will be recognized, will be held at 11 a.m. in the auditorium. Author David Baldacci and “Tonight Show” comedian Brett Leake will speak. The festivities will conclude with catered dining in the school’s cafeterias, a display of school memorabilia and tours of the Henrico High School campus.
