Miracles in Motion, a dance class designed specifically for children with disabilities, will hold its first Christmas concert at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, 2880 Mountain Rd.
The classes, taught by the Ann Catherine Cross School of Dance, cover many styles of dance including ballet, jazz, modern and musical theater. Every session is re-structured to meet the specific needs of each child participating. Miracles in Motion began in 2007 and the program supports all dancers with special needs, including wheelchair-bound, autistic, blind and deaf. Henrico Junior 4-H camp registration open

For parents looking to keep their kids outside and away from the video games this summer, the Virginia Cooperative Extension is still accepting registrations for the 2013 Henrico Junior 4-H Camp.
The camp will be held June 17-23, and is open to boys and girls ages 9-13. A total of 10 spaces for boys and 27 spaces for girls remain available, and registration is open until May 24. The cost is $230, which includes lodging, meals, programs, instructional materials and charter bus transportation. > Read more.
