Students who are ages 11-13 by Nov. 15 are eligible to participate. The contest is open to students who are visually impaired. The local winner’s entry will be submitted to District competition. One grand prize winner will receive an award of $5,000 from Lions Clubs International. Submission deadline is Sept. 28.
