Founded in 1975, and in Richmond for more than 22 years, The Melting Pot offers a unique fondue dining experience. As the premier fondue restaurant, The Melting Pot was recognized as the No. 2 casual dining restaurant in the Nation’s Restaurant News 2016 Consumer Picks report. Known for offering a choice of fondue cooking styles and a variety of unique entrées, The Melting Pot’s menu also features cheese fondues, salads, fine wines and chocolate fondue desserts. Along with being open for dinner every day of the week, The Melting Pot of Richmond is also open for lunch every Saturday and Sunday starting at 11am. Cheese Fondue: The award-winning cheeses in our fondue are melted to perfection and served with artisan breads, seasonal fruits and veggies. Choose one cheese per cooktop. Any cheese fondue from our regular menu may be selected for Restaurant Week, sample choices include:

• Monterey Alpine: Gruyére, Raclette and Fontina cheeses blended with Barrymore Rosé, fresh spinach, Gorgonzola crumbles and shallots, topped with honey-roasted almonds

• Green Goddess Cheddar: Aged cheddar and Emmenthaler cheeses are blended with lager beer, garlic, our Green Goddess, black pepper

• Spinach Artichoke: Fontina and Butterkase cheeses are blended with fresh spinach, artichokes, garlic and parmesan

Pacific Coast Entee: Filet Mignon, Pacific White Shrimp, Herb-Crusted Breast of Chicken and Mushroom Sachetti

Chocolate Fondue: Our melted chocolate fondue is served with fresh strawberries, blondies, bananas, pineapple, marshmallow treats, pound cake and brownies. Any chocolate fondue from our regular menu may be selected for Restaurant Week, sample choices include:

• Salted Caramel Toffee: White chocolate swirled with dulce de leche and coarse sea salt, topped with buttery toffee bits

• Rocky Road: Dark chocolate swirled with marshmallow fluff, candied pecans and flambeed

• Flaming Turtle: Milk chocolate swirled with caramel, candied pecans and flambeed
