Description: The Innsbrook Wellness Forum will take place from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Markel, 4501 Highwoods Pkwy., in Carpenter Room B. Dennis Spurier from Bon Secours Physical Therapy and Sports Performance will present “Office Ergonomics.” A free light lunch will be provided to those who register in advance.
