Walk Like MADD honors those killed or injured in impaired driving crashes. Funds raised support victim services and educational events in Virginia. Calvary United Methodist Church, 1637 Williamsburg Rd., will host the Kars and Kustoms Auto Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a prize for Best in Show, a bake sale, and raffle drawing. The fundraiser benefits the Youth of Calvary.

Henrico Humane Society’s 17th annual Pet Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Richmond International Raceway. More than 50 vendors and exhibitors will be onsite selling pet-related products and services – from obedience trainers to healthy food options and novelty items. A full day of activities is scheduled including a pet parade, puppy races, dog contests, training/trick/agility demonstrations, an agility course, dog adoptions, and a silent auction. Richmond TV personality from WTVR 6 Greg McQuade is scheduled to emcee. Admission is $12 for adults, $5 for children 2-12 and free for pets. All proceeds benefit the Henrico Humane Society. Clothos Handspinners will demonstrate, teach and offer you a chance to try your hand at processing wool from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Compare the sheep shorn with electric shears to those sheared by hand. The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen will host a Happy Hour Art Class from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. First, enjoy wine tastings from Jacey Vineyards from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and then grab a brush and follow the leader to create a seasonal masterpiece to take home.
